The Video Conferencing Assessment enables organisations to discover how Video Conferencing technologies can help to sharpen their business whilst contributing to cost reduction targets.

We undertake a detailed analysis of you organisation, its business drivers and areas of business stress and identifies those areas that would benefit most from the implementation of video communication. 

A written report is produced, summarising our findings and recommendations and a description of the softer, more difficult to measure benefits achievable, to help in the building of a detailed business case for the implementation of a video conferencing solution.

We review an organisation’s utilisation of collaborative/interactive technologies, taking time to understand current business practices and meeting behaviours before making recommendations as to how these can be developed to maximise the business benefits and return on investment made in these solutions

Our 4 stage approach:

  • Scoping Workshop We work with key stakeholders to identify the current working environment, and to gain a full understanding of the business drivers and goals of the organisation.
  • Discovery & Analysis We undertake a detailed analysis of the organisation, its business drivers and areas of stress; studying how teams work together, what types of meetings they conduct and how much they travel.
  • Reporting & Recommendations The report produced is presented at a visioning workshop enabling a full discussion of how to improve the usage of existing technologies and future trends in collaborative technologies. 
  • Proof of Concept We work with the organisation to develop an integration plan and having first agreed a pilot group, the proof of concept trial is then conducted

Network Performance Assessment

The Computacenter Network Performance Assessment enables organisations to understand the real world performance characteristics of the corporate network. The Network Performance Assessment delivers visibility to organisations of current network issues and actual network capacity.
