What we do

Licence Options Appraisal (LOA):
Assesses an organisation's technology roadmap and licensing requirements, to identify opportunities for reducing cost whilst enabling flexibility. This enables organisations to determine the sourcing strategy that best supports their business requirements.

Software Asset Appraisal (SAA):
Optimises governance and utilisation of licensing investments by establishing a reconciled licence position. The appraisal process identifies under- and over-utilised licences to minimise the risk of shortfalls and excess investment in software.

Virtualisation Licensing Appraisal:
Overcomes the complexities of virtual licensing, advising on a strategy that best suits an organisation's needs. Consultants will deal with ambiguity and 'grey' areas to leverage concessions and licence rights, establishing the most beneficial approach to licensing.

Software Asset Management (SAM) Readiness:
Improves SAM processes by identifying gaps that could expose an organisation to unnecessary spend and risk. Computacenter works with key contacts and stakeholders to define a roadmap for SAM process development.
