The multi-lingual capability of our Service Centres, our long-established international partner network and the single point of ownership offered by our international service management approach ensure our clients receive repeatable, centrally controlled solutions with a local touch.
Computacenter’s Global Operations division consists of 50 Computacenter employees dedicated to selling, implementing and supporting multi-country solutions. The team leverages the best practice produced by Computacenter’s Shared Service Factory to establish the tools, communication standards and business processes required to deliver multi-country solutions. We have global account and service management models ranging from full central accountability on a contractual and profit and loss basis to simple facilitation of local supply relationships with pre-agreed margins. Corporate clients have confidence in Computacenter’s ability to support their global needs.
